Patient and Family Advisory Council

In an effort to continue improving its quality of care, Norton County Hospital has created a new Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). On the council will be community advisors who will be asked to serve alongside health care staff to ensure multiple perspectives and experiences are both heard and integrated into improving quality of care. To Apply

Health care professionals within Norton County Hospital and Clinics, as well as patients and family members of patients, are invited to apply at any time, at least in the first year of 2017. Access more information about applying below.

Applications also can be obtained at any admissions desk at the Norton County Hospital, Norton Medical Clinic and Logan Clinic. Following the application process, selected applicants will be interviewed by the PFAC Committee, which will make the final selection for 10 advisor positions, one of whom will be a hospital/clinic staff member.
