Miranda McKellar, MD

Dr. Miranda McKellar is a board-certified family medicine physician. She is originally from Sycamore, Kansas, which is located in the southeastern part of the state. Dr. McKellar attended the University of Kansas, where she received her bachelor’s degree in genetics.

She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Salina campus. She subsequently stayed in Salina at the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency program to finish her medical education and training. Dr. McKellar joined Norton County Hospital in September 2020, and she practices full-scope family medicine and obstetrics.

In her spare time, Dr. McKellar enjoys spending time with family, including her pets (three cats named Doris, Ethel and Bobbi, and two dogs named Minnie and Tripp), spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, hunting, cooking and photography. Dr. McKellar's husband is Ian, and the couple has two sons.
