Dr. Glenda Maurer has been a family practice physician since June 1985 but has been at Norton County Hospital since July 1997. A native of Canada, Dr. Maurer attended medical school at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and completed her residency at Saskatoon City Hospital.
Dr. Maurer holds a medical license in the state of Kansas and is trained in advanced cardiac life support, advanced trauma life support (in which she has also served as an instructor), neonatal advanced life support and advanced life support in obstetrics. In the past, Dr. Maurer has served as a rural preceptor for the University of Kansas School of Medicine to work closely with and train many medical students.
